Our school has just started using the Kingscourt range of reading books. I, and my pupils, really enjoy using the books. My learning outcomes are clearly defined, the children know them and work diligently towards meeting them. When a child was absent he was immediately given an update on the story on his return.

The mix of fiction and non-fiction ensures that each child will surely find a book in the unit which will appeal to him or her. The children at each stage within the class are allowed to experience success using the same reading scheme.

My teaching of the higher order language skills is better therefore the children's learning is better. Thank you.
